SHIPPING & RETURNS
Deliveries are Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).
Please note that some deliveries may require a signature. If you are unavailable to sign for your delivery, the products you have ordered may be returned to us or to your local post office and you will need to arrange re-delivery or collection (as the case may be).
Payment for products and delivery services are to be made in pounds sterling (£).
WHERE WE DELIVER
We deliver to the following destinations “Delivery Destinations”:
Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, U.K. Mainland, Europe and Rest of World (Excluding California, Russia & Malta).
Shipping is free to the U.K. Mainland but postage charges will apply to any delivery destination that sits outside of the U.K. Mainland.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to dispatch orders to any BFPO or P.O. box addresses.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
UK Mainland customers who are not happy with their purchases or just have a change of mind may return their products within 14 days for a full refund as long as they have not been used. Any purchases that have been used, are not in a resalable condition, or are not returned including original packaging will not be refunded. Please contact us of your intention to return at email@example.com
HOW DO I RETURN ITEMS?
Once you have notified us of your wish to return you will be provided with the details of where to post your return. You will need to include a note with your order number and reason for returning inside the package.
I HAVE RECEIVED MY ITEM & IT IS DAMAGED, WHAT DO I DO?
Please contact us to notify us of any issue with your Woosah Kit asap. We aim to be in touch with you within 3 working days and advise you how we will deal with your issue or if you need to return to us.
